Potato Cakes (4pc)

These scallops are fantastic! Don't worry about them being frozen; that didn't make a difference at all. I just thawed them out then heated them up in the oven - 375F until they were done. Scallops is my fave food and I hadn't had any for about two decades. These are exactly as I remember scallops. They are legit straight out of the deep fryer from your local fish and chip shop. The smell and texture are exactly as they are supposed to be. If I could give them more stars, I would.
