Outback Pepperjack Chicken Pie™
As I knew I would be so busy I ordered these to serve for dinner on the Saturday before Easter Sunday..with some fresh veggies from my green house. OMG they were so good. I did freeze them when I got them a few days before but reheating them in a low temp oven. The pastry crust was still light, fluffy and crisp. My family wolfed them down. So I will be ordering them again. Cannot believe everyone thought I had made them myself and considering all the work I put in to tomorrows easter dinner. I will not let them know either way. LOL This is so on our menu now at least 1x a month.
